Can't launch the nightly build version 4.9.0 on windows 7

Hi~~~, here is my problem, thanks!

Operating system: windows7 home basic 64
Slicer version: 4.9.0
Expected behavior: to launch
Actual behavior: after a quick view of the opening logo of 3D Slicer, it just crashed, cannot launch.

could it be the language problem, my system runs in Chinese simplified
