Hi! I have ply’s of 20 different scales in slicer and I am trying to use ALPACA to transfer the LM’s from one model to the rest but it wont run on the cloud. I am getting no error it just crashes. It works on my computer it just takes a really long time and I was hoping the cloud would be quicker. Any thoughts?
I connected to your instance and checked.
There is no error, because it appears that everything seems to have run as intended. There are bunch of mrk.json files in the Meg Scales (the landmark output folder you specified in ALPACA), that matches to the models you specified to be landmarked (Meg Models folder).
Why do you think it isn’t working?
