I’m doing a PCA analysis and I’m using 5 PC components
For each component I make 2 variations: +100 and -100
At the end of the work I’d like to visualize the main directions of variations with respect to the mean shape model…in particular as final result I’d like to have the PC components overlapped with the mean shape model to see the main variations
Is it possible?

If you are doing this in context of geometric morphometrics, you can use SlicerMorph to do this. See the tutorial at:
