I’ve also noticed that slices seem to be misaligned with each other (there is translation and rotation between neighbor slices). OK…so, I used the first one to get all images of the proper dimension, and then to invert the colors so I could keep white bone and black air. They imported correctly, but I think all as seperate volumes though they appear to be all linked and I can scorll through them. BUT, how do I get a volume…
