Currently we customize these in our custom application packages:

  • All application options defined here.
  • These resource files:

    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Icons\Medium(appname)-DesktopIcon.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Icons\Small(appname)-DesktopIcon.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Icons\XLarge(appname)-DesktopIcon.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Icons\XXLarge(appname)-DesktopIcon.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Images(appname)-Logo.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Images(appname)-ModulePanelLogo.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources\Images(appname)-SplashScreen.png
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources(appname).icns
    • Applications\SlicerApp\Resources(appname).ico

If these remain customizable and an installer can be generated on all platforms, then using custom slicer generator will be an acceptable option for us.
