I am trying to use the DentalSegmentator extension in 3D Slicer to segment tooth roots from a CBCT scan, but the process is stuck.
When I click “Apply”, the progress bar gets stuck and does not update. I have waited for hours and it is still stuck. The “Stop” button is still active. It seems like the software is frozen or working in the background without showing progress.
