[image] LizzyMedinaGtz: 0 New Patients, 0 New Studies I always receive this message if the path of DICOM includes any Chinese character. You may rename the folders using only English characters (ASCII code) and load the DICOM again.

Looks like you have the same problem as the post you replied to. Can you try again with only ascii characters in the path? (also see this post).
