I found Brain-Tumor-Segmentation-on-3D-Slicer extension on git
which looks very interesting.
In the tutorial video Slicer 5.0.3 is used on a Mac.
I tried to install it on win11 and ubnuntu 22.04 which works but the look is different… and somehow it doesn t work.
ubuntu crashes win 11 produces errors on python… did anyone try it and get it running?
on ubuntu the extension crashes instantly, so I can t see any errors…
on win11 its the error in the python shell is included in the screenshot…
it is trained using braTS18 data, and on the demo video it works quite well…
but not in our case… results are not soo good ;(
