Extensions can not be installed

Hi Everyone,
I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out the extensions manager on my laptop. I have been trying to download a few segmentation extensions but for some reason, I am unable to open the extensions manager through the application. Do I have to download the extension manager through a different source and if so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you dragged the Slicer application icon to the Applications folder?
