As far as I can tell from the post you sent a link to, Breast_DCEMRI_FTV did install correctly and you are getting an error because the DICOMs in the directory you selected are compressed. If they have the extension .DCM.gz or .dcm.gz, you will need to use the command line tool gunzip so that the DICOMs have extension .DCM or .dcm instead. Also, you want to select the directory containing the DICOMs, rather than the DICOM file itself.
