How do i convert dcm files in segment editor..i m getting a lot of errors..i need this for my cbct analysis of tooth n pulp volume

I have to make a cbct analysis of pulp and tooth volume of tooth..so I was using batch dentalsegmentator. While I m trying to convert my dcm files into extension files..folder shoes empty in both input n output folder…I m using 5.10.11 version..kindly provide your inputs..thank you

Do you see patient, study, series showing up in the DICOM browser?

Can you copy here a few screenshots of the error messages? (make sure you blank out any patient information that may show up in the screenshots)
