Hi, please give some advice. I’ve got the point cloud from the GPA module of SlicerMorph, but then get lost about how to turn it into a 3D model in vtk/stl/ply.
You need a reference model with the same set of landmarks, and GPA module will turn that into the mean shape of your study. usually the sample closest the mean is used as the reference. Then, you can use the interactive visualization tab of the GPA module, and switch to 3D model visualization
If you want to export that as a new model, simply go to Data module, right-click on the PCA_Warped Volume and choose export to file.
If your goal is to visualize the consensus (mean) shape, you should do this before touching any of the PC sliders, which will deform the model based on the PC coefficients.
