How to import DICOM images and corresponding RT structure set for radiomic analysis

Expected behavior:
Actual behavior:
On PET, CT or MRI images we manually draw, using in house and commercial software (e.g. PMOD) , VOIs on specific targets of interest. When completed the work we save the VOIs as RT structure set .
We would like to import the images (in DICOM format) and the correspoding VOI (in RT S set) in 3D slicer to be used (images and VOIs) for Radiomic analysis (Pyradiomics). How we can do this with 3D slicer ?
