Is this parameter related to spacing? If the image resampling Spacing is 1×1×1 mm, should the Spline distance be set to 1×1×1 during N4ITK MRI Bias Correction? Are default values for other parameters such as bfWHM, Advanced N4 Parameters, Convergence threshold, BSpine order, Shrink factor, Weight image, Weight filter noise, and Number of histogram bins considered commonly used?
