Please, I don’t know why I can’t open saved file/ 3D slicer / GPA, saved data is there and has size, however, when I try to open give me the following message. I just started using the Slicer few weeks ago only. Thank you
Error says your eigenvalues.csv file is missing a necessary column (the actual values). So either your GPA analysis didn’t output that correctly, or the spreadsheet has been edited accidentally after creation.

I’ve run into this before! Sometimes the file doesn’t load automatically through the ‘Open’ menu. Try opening the ‘Data’ module manually and dragging the files directly into the 3D view. Also, double-check that your file paths don’t have any special characters or spaces - Slicer can be a bit picky about those depending on which OS you’re on.
