Is it possible to replace the mouse cursor icon in slice view to a custom icon?

i have received a request to replace the default mouse cursor icon in slice view of intersection rotate to a custom mouse cursor icon like the picture below

the default intersection rotation mouse cursor icon is a hand , my boss request is to replace the default hand(1) to a custom icon(2),is it possible to do this work?
