Hi, I have a problem when I attempt to extract the centerline of blood vessel. There is no “centerline computer” in Vascular Modeling Toolkit modular. What should I do? There are plugins installed in Extensions manager of 3D_Slicer. Is there a plug-in missing here, which makes it impossible to extract the centerline.
Please use the Extract Centerline module.
