Slicer version: 4.11
Expected behavior: Segmented jaw model coordinates change wile exporting after segmentation.
Actual behavior: Model is not aligned to the CT when imported in other software. Both LPS / RAS change the coordinates.
These two images are not the same individual I think. Are you sure this is a RAS/LPS issue, what is your specific slicer version?
They are from the same scan… yellow model is cropped… I think slicer may be changing the coordinates while importing the scan… is that possible? it doesn’t happen with all scans though…
