motion and eddy currents correction

How can I correct for motion and eddy currents in slicer?

Any help would be appreciated!

You can try DTIprep: NITRC: DWI/DTI Quality Control Tool: DTIPrep: Tool/Resource Info

It takes DWI data in nrrd format as input.
