New Extension: DRAI AI 3D Segmentation and Modelling Extension for 3D Slicer

AI-powered segmentation for Spine/Pelvis (CT) and Aorta–Iliac–Femoral Arteries (CTA).

Upload CT volumes directly from 3D Slicer to the DRAI server and receive high-quality, multi-label 3D segmentation masks and models within minutes. Our models are designed to handle complex cases, including bypass grafts, metal implants, extreme scoliosis, and challenging pathology.

For Spine/Pelvis CT, the extension generates individual segmentation masks for each vertebra, as well as the pelvis and sacrum. For CTA, it segments the aorta, iliac arteries, femoral arteries, and their associated vascular structures.

More Models Coming Soon: We are actively working to expand the extension with additional AI segmentation models, including: CMF (Cranio-Maxillofacial), Head and Neck Arteriel and All-Bone Segmentation.

Trial Limit: Each user may process up to 20 cases during the trial period.

Data Processing: Imaging data is securely uploaded to the DRAI server for AI inference and is deleted immediately after processing.
