Can you share a scene (CT, plan, beam, markups) so i can check?

Do you have examples of markups for which projections are accurate or miscalculated? For example Markup_1 projection is correct, Markup_2 projection is wrong.

Fortunately, I can’t reproduce the error that I reported 25 days ago. I tried with two different beams on the same CT and the projected points appeared as expected on the DRR.

The only remaining peculiarity is that the beam’s isocenter appears outside of the input volume. How can I send the .mrml file with the markups, plan, and beams? The CT is file 629 from VerSe 2020.

File → Save Data → set the flag “Create a Medical Record Bungle containing the scene” so everything were in one file (.mbr).

You can send it to me by e-mail (see account info) if file isn’t large, or just share that file on onedrive or google drive.

i’m trying ti convert some CT scans to DRR format but the DRR genaration module does not give me any output can you guys help ?

The DRR generation module doesn’t convert CT into DRR. It computes DRR images using predefined beam geometry parameters. If you need such sort of functionality it’s doable. See also:

Did you try the “DRR Image Computation” module from “Radiotherapy” category? You have to create a RtPlan and a RtBeam nodes beforehard in the “External Beam Planning” and “Beams” modules respectively. The “DRR Image Computation” module has better GUI, shows size and orientation of your imager, and shows plastimatch drr command parameters in the “Plastimatch DRR command arguments” subwindow.
