Registring a volume inside another volume

Dear All,
I am trying to register a volume inside another bigger volume, where I know that it should have only translation in Y axis and rotation only to match.
Here is the screeenshot…

Volumes I am trying to register is uploaded here. (I had to rescal original data to look similar as an image)

What would be the easy and best way to register this volume ?

Are there markers in this volumes? If yes, you can perform the fiducial registration to repostion them

  1. creat two point lists use the markups(F-1;F-2), each list contain at lest 3 points
  2. swith to the fiducial registration module and apply the transform matrix
