Rotation handle in view plane

Dear @Sunderlandkyl, since you have developed a lot around the topic of markups interaction handles: I would like to ask you for a roadmap of the necessary changes to add a rotation around the cameraViewPlane or slicePlane if it is not too much of a hassle.

Till now I think I can draw the corresponding glyph with the correct transform but I cannot get it to update with camera movements. Do you know how to achieve this is c++?
