Segmentation alignement

Hi everyone,

I have a segmentation and MRI sequence in nii format , and want to overlay/align them. What is the best way to go about this?

How the segmentation was created? Why is it not already aligned with the image (has the segmentation been created from another image)?

yes I also think that the segmentation has been created from another dataset.

I need Brain MRI dataset for my research project. Can anyone suggest a dataset that publicly available brain MRI images?

You can download a brain MRI dataset with very detailed segmentation using Data Store module: Atlas Collection → NAC Brain Atlas 2015.
