Hi everyone, after i finished the registration of my CBCT with MRI now i am tring to do a segmentation of the trachea and the aortic valve and i want to have an image that iclude the registred image with the segmentation how can i do so in 3d slicer help me.

Follow the Segmentation for 3D printing Tutorial. Make sure to install the latest nightly version of Slicer (that you downloaded today). If anything is unclear or if you have specific questions then post here.
