"Tilt Lock" in 3D view

Segmentations can sometimes “tumble” in 3D view.

By pressing Ctrl + “b” in 3D view, you can lock the rotation of the model to the azimuth axis only (available in 4.13 nightly builds). This is a toggle switch.
