I use registration of images frequently, using the Brains module.
Initially i do a rough align either with the fiducial registion module, or manually visualising the two volumes in the slice view with 50/50 opacity and having 1 volume in classic black and white, with the other volume with ‘iron’ display characteristics.
However the manual alignment is not very easy, especially rotations.
I haven’t found this but i wonderd if there is a way/extension for visualising handles for volume transforms in the 3D or especially in the slice views, just like you have when manually transforming a model (cfr infra)?
