We exported a DICOM-RT file from MIM into 3DSlicer. The segmentation displays well on 2D View. In 3D render it shows as having 2 slits, which do not appear on 3D surface view in MIM. Wondering why this happens and if there is an easy way to remove these slits? Thank you!
Do you see the same slits if you visualize the segmentation in 3D using Ribbon model?
