Updates related to new extensions infrastructure:

• updated extensions frontend work to be integrated by tomorrow early morning.
• if there are major issues, changes could be reverted as the old server will be kept on until mid September
• plans are documented at https://github.com/KitwareMedical/slicer-extensions-webapp/issues
