As posted in the previous weekly meeting notes, I’d like to discuss roadmap / architecture and design for the components that should be refactored in pure VTK C++ so that they can be reused in SlicerWeb / trame-slicer usage.

  • CMake - vtkmodules update (NEW)
  • Main slicer application (initialization / connection of the core modules)
  • Views (decoupling from CTK / Qt to pure VTK)
  • I/O Manager + plugin mechanism
  • Subject hierarchy + plugin mechanism
  • Segmentation editor + plugin mechanism
