I have been following IZ Labs’ tutorial on how to convert .dicom images to a 3d model. Ive utalized the swissscullstripper and various thresholds, but I seem to be having a problem on the lower half of my brain model. It appears as if theres a thin membrane covering my sulci. Is there any opperation I can utalize to fix this?
