3D display pannel in Model mode is inactive

Hello!
When I open 3D model with Model mode, some elements of 3D Display pannel stay inactive (Point Size and Line Width).

May be, I’ve made some mistakes in settings, or in 3D model preparation?

Point size and line width controls are disabled if the currently chosen representation does not show points or lines. Choose Points, Wireframe, or Surface with Edges representation if you want to see lines or points.
