AMD zen3 CPU Support

I use amd zen3 cpu to do segement test,the film is CTChest.
It takes a long time to render the image or cut the image,about 30s,too slow,another
laptop only use 7s,(Intel 9750h,16GB,RTX 2060)
And I has been set VTK GPU Ray Casting,but nothing change.
Is any setting I do wrong?
CPU: AMD 5800H
Memory:16GB
GPU:RTX3060

this is my test video. on AMD 4800U,16GB,Vega8 in cpu,scissor only use 9s.
so the 5800H+RTX3060 should not be such slow
