Automatic liver segmentation in MRI

Hello,

I’m looking for a way to automatically segment the liver in a MRI.

I found this old topic but it didn’t have any answer.

Which is an extension for aurhomatic liver segmentation using MRI images?

I’m familiar with total segmentator and MONAI Auto3DSeg but none of them support MRI for the liver segmentation.

You can use the latest version of TotalSegmentator extension, which can segment MRI images as well.
