Best Tools for Bone CT scan

Hello,

I am using segment editor tolls thresholding and cutting to outline bone structures in a CT scan. I’m wondering if anyone has a more accurate way of outlining these structures t. Thank you!

Note: my 3D scan is about 900 Tiff files long
