Blood Vessel stl. model shows error when I used mesh in Ansys Fluent

I have segmented a bifurcated small artery from Brain MRI . When I import the stl model in Ansys fluent the meshing cannot be done. I want to do a cfd simulation for my research. How to solve the issue? Please help!
