Calculate surface area and volume of palate on 3D dental models

Hi all, I am new to 3D slicer. I am trying to measure the surface area and volume of the palate on 3D dental models (stl files). By using the closed curve in Markups, I was able to calculate the area and I found that ROI function could be used for volume.

1. Is there a way that I can calculate the area and volume at once after the palatal area has been defined on the models?

2. I have placed landmarks on the models in MeshLab and have the x,y,z coordinates. Can i use that data in 3D slicer for the calculation of size and shape
