Cardiac CT left ventricle segmentation

Hi guys!

I have cardiac CT images and I’m trying to segment the left ventricle cavity and left ventricle wall.

I have the edges of them differently colored (green for LV wall and yellow for LV cavity) and I need to fill them (I want green color between green and yellow edges and yellow color inside yellow edges). Is there anyway to do this?
