Hi!
I have cardiac cine MRI images of the short axis plane and I want to segment the LV during the systole peak. So I have copy into a folder only the slice of the entire sequence I am interested to and uploaded to slicer. The problem is that I am able to see only a slice and I cannot find a way to obtain indeed the sequence of slice I selected and I want to segment. Here a picture of the only slice I am able to see
