My study is about comparing breast surface deformation between CT image and CBCT images (4 datasets). I would like to know which slice of breast image has the most surface deformation and how much distance of surface deformation. I used ruler tool for measurement. Are there the other methods for measurement and precision? Could you please give me some advice? Thank you very much for your help.
