I have several files that are showing up cropped in the coronal and sagittal planes and one that I’m unable to view due to contrast / brightness issues. These files were provided to me by a collaborator and they are able to see the planes. You’ll notice that the axial plan shows the entire heart while the other two have been cropped off. I’ve also included an image of the data that is completely greyed out. I tried to use the Adjust window/level command but that only changed the slices from a dark grey to black rectangle.
