You can clone a segmentation node by right-clicking on it in Data module.
Hello-once the segmentation node is cloned or copied, can it be moved to another area in the image?

Yes, you can move it anywhere by applying a transform using Transforms module. You can manually adjust a linear transform (translation, rotation, scaling, shearing), but more commonly you determine the transform by automatical registration.
Slicer has many registration methods. If you tell us more about your clinical use case then we can give you more specific advice.
