DICOM and Sample Data menu items not showing up in file menu in translated application (Chinese)

After slicer is localized, the menu items are reduced.File→no download sample data & DICOM

The issue has now been fixed. The menu items will appear correctly in Slicer Preview Releases downloaded this Saturday or later.
