The menu of Fie, Edit, View and Help doesn't appears

Operating system: Windows 7
Slicer version:4.10.1 and 4.11
Expected behavior: The menu of Fie, Edit, View and Help doesn’t appears
Actual behavior: only icon of DATA, DCM and SAVE appears.
