Displace the axes idependently of the plane + navigate in time (4D-flow MRI dataset) + coding preset in python

Dear 3D Slicer community

First many thanks to developers and maintainers of this incredible software.
I am working with 4D flow MRI datasets and have the following questions (if needed I can post separate questions)

    1. regarding the axes (Transform module). I have trouble centering the axis on each of the 3 planes on arbitrary point on the slice. Although I can translate the round axis widget WITH the plane, I cannot translate the widget ON the plane (independently of the plane), although I am clicking on the button, as suggested in this video:

    1. Once the axes are set, how is it possible to navigate over time (the 4th dimension of my array in 4D flow, as I have a volume that changes over the cardiac cycle?
    1. Is it possible to program all the settings in python to start the choice of the axis, centering etc? And if yes how to do it or where to find the appropriate guidance / tutorial
