Send us the structure set for now. We may be able to diagnose the issue from that.

If that’s not enough, then scan a phantom or use a publicly available DICOM data set (for example, download from TCIA) and perform a similar contouring in the TPS and share that data set.

I managed to fix the issue by rotating the structure before triangulation so that the contour normals align with the z-axis, and then rotating back afterwards.
