Elastix in 3dslicer

3D slicer 4.11 has general registration (Brains) , Is this the same as Elastix? I do not find exactly Elastix and is this module also used for NiTFI format CT images? Thank you

SlicerElastix is available as extension module in the Extensions Manager.
