Hi i’m tarcio, and im trying to measure the supraspinatus from multiples MRI that i have from patients to elaborate a study around supraspinatus and radiomics.
For that, im using 3d slicer, but in order to do not waste time creating the segmantations manually, I decided to use the AI segmentation tool from itk-snap. It works well, faster and better than my segmentations made manually in the native 3d slicer, but it takes to much time.
When i’m importing the archvies, both the nrrd from itk-snap and the original dicon, this error appears. I read the fac here Segmentations — 3D Slicer documentation , follow all these steps but cant suceed.
In order to make this topic, I changed the original name from this file.
Anyone that uses itk had similar problem?
