Dear All,

I would be grateful if anyone could help me with how I can add some spherical fiducial
(Green and Red spheres) (as in the below image) to my CT volume.

One approach is to make point fiducials display as larger spheres by manipulating glyph size under “Display” in the markups module:

You are also using a very outdated version of Slicer. You would do yourself a favor if you move to the current stable (5.0.3)

Hi.
Because of some modules, I had to use this version. After trial and error, I could find how to insert these fiducials, now I need to know how can I insert some “Planes”. Please see the below images.

The planes are computed automatically by the module from the points (and maybe also a ruler line or region of interest - ROI - box).
