Due to this issue, nightly Windows packages are not building are so are a few days out of date on the download page. We anticipate that this will be fixed in the next day or so.
To follow up, ENH: Move Pluggable Markups test module to template directory · Slicer/Slicer@8fe45d4 · GitHub resolved the issue and the factory build machine successfully built Slicer Preview so Windows packages are available again. See https://download.slicer.org/
